1.) Return and Cancellation Policy:

We sell only new items, and warranty them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. We realize the need to actually see and handle an item to know if it is acceptable. Therefore, you may return any item to us within 21 days, from date of shipping, new or used. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. Special orders, closeouts, and spare parts are not returnable. Please call our customer service department at 1-604-616-6528 M-F 8am-5pm, Sat 8 - noon Pacific time for a return authorization number BEFORE returning merchandise.


2.) Shipping Policy:

Most orders ship within 24 hours from our distribution center

Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery before calling on order status. You will be notified if we cannot ship within 30 days. All items purchased from Seeding Square are made to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Seeding Square is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

Ground shipping may take up to 10 days depending on delivery location. Orders travelling by surface outside of Canada or the United States will take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. International orders are sent without tracking to save our customers extra shipping fees. If you would like to pay the additional fees for tracking on an international order please contact our service department before placing your order. For orders going to Canada or the United States track them on line through Canada Post for up-to-date status of your order.
